Let's face it, the points that went missing translate into money and Bioware obviously is not interested in fixing this despite it being thier fault, so...

I have! I'm thinking of simply sharing a profile with a friend for ME3 rather than dealing with the DLC nightmare alone, again.

Wait, when you say stolen, do you mean points just disappearing, or purchasing DLC and not getting to download it?

In my case, it's not points stolen, but money. Paypal paid out a charge, but no points received. :(

Isn't theft a crime? As in, you can actually sue BioWare for stealing your money...

This, and I do think that EA handles the point system, seeing as the payment goes to customerservice@ea.com :?

That probably won't work. It's nearly impossible to pinpoint whose actual fault it is.

I still hope this get's fixed.

Most suits would name both the parent and child company and while individual suits would be futile, a class action, if there is enough support, would have a better chance.

To the second poster, either way. If you lost money in some way.  Since you paid money for the points, if they disappear, that's lost money. If you can't DL the DLC you paid for, that is lost money. You didn't get what you paid for.

I've had zero response trying to speak to someone about a failed bioware point purchase, either from Bioware or EA. This is really annoying, because if they'd credited me with the points I paid for I'd have Arrival by now
