Where can I find her? It says to look on the wounded coast but I've been through there twice and Orlanna isn't there, also does anyone have a guide to where the Qunari swords and Arwiergan Scrolls are? I'm in Act 3 .

It's a known bug. I've tried the quest myself and the guy in front of the campfire doesn't talk at all.

As for qunari swords, they're scattered in:

Hightown - Korval's Blades
Lowtown - Weaponsmith
Lowtown (nighttime) - Foundry District
Gallows - Weapon Shop
Darktown - Anders' Clinic
Docks (nighttime) - Harbor Master's Office
Docks (nighttime) - Master level chest in the Warehouse
Hightown (De Launcet Mansion) - during Loose Ends in a northeast corner of the mansion
Wounded Coast - 2 camps somewhere around the area where you first encounter the Tal'Vashoth

The quest is called 'who needs rescuing', right? I could not find her either. I think the quest is bugged as others have had the same problem.

Edit: Was't Orianna the name of Miranda's sister in ME2?

I noticed 2 swords in shops selling fo 3 gold. I ignored the quest after that

I apparently missed the rescue quest altogether. Ah well, that's what multiple playthroughs are for
