I just tried to start a new game, and got the following message:

"Until you log in with an account that has previously purchased, the following content will not appear in your game. Please cancel, then log in, then try again. If you click on "Continue," the following content will not appear in your game:

Collector's Edition
Memory Band
Warden's Keep
The Stone Prisoner"

I am logged into the same account I'm always logged into for my other characters and they work just fine. I've tried logging out and back in multiple times with the same message. Also, I noticed that one of my characters has not been updated on my online profile.

This is a strange issue I can't seem to fix and any help is greatly appreciated.

DLC is mighty borked atm.

It happens to a LOT of people. Apparently there is no simple fix for everyone.

i've managed to get it to behave only by starting the game, exiting completely, and restarting. That appears to work for a single session, but you have to do it all over again the next time.

There have been other 'workarounds' posted, but nothing I've tried works any better than what I just mentioned, at least for me.

I don't know if the recent patch helps this or not, as I just downloaded it myself. You may want to give that a shot, if for no other reason than to update the things they have fixed thus far.

(BTW..  bumping posts less than an hour after the original is generally frowned upon. You aren't likely to get a definitive answer here or anywhere else in 45 minutes or so. Give it some time.)

I bought the game and use it through Steam, can I still install the patch manually? Steam hasn't updated it yet.

No idea there, unfortunately. I prefer real copies over Steam. I'm not a big fan of their service. I've no idea if they have to recode BioWare's patch to work properly on their service or not.

Ha, apparently Steam pushes updates themselves.



Failure man, I really enjoy this game but Bioware got a little ahead of themselves in some ways I think.

Hey BioWare, how about some help here?



In the DLC thread Jason Leong had me delete my profile as well as confirm my CD key is installed. Resetting my profile did nothing, and my CD key is in fact there.



I run the game through Steam.



Let's go BioWare, you have my money, now help me fix this.

For me personally (using VISTA), the problem was, that a windows service did not start with the game. I started the service manually the first few times. THEN I started the game as an administrator and everything worked fine because THEN, the service was started as well...

Have the same problem. Blood Dragon Armor and Wicked Oath seems to be authorised, while Stone Prisoner and Memory Band are not... So I can't use them

I'm re-downloading and will reinstall the game, this better work.

Now when I log in, and go to pull up the DLC, nothing shows up, in any of the windows.

same problem, runs smooth with the blood dragon armor, but EACH time I launch the game it says that the stone prisoner content is not registered and I can't launch my saved gaves.

well, I really love bioware and its games are awesome, but COMME ON somme news, help, something to fix this ****????
