Hello, at the first: I´m sorry for my English, it´s really bad, but I hope you will understand what i mean through all my mistakes which i will make.
So to the question:
I ´ve an account with my xbox360 and it seems like i´d like to by Dragon Age for the Pc, but i would like to get the successes form the Pc to my xbox account, is that Possible? I heart GTA 4 make it happen, what is with dragon Age? The problem is, I love Grafic, so thats why I ´d like to by the Pc version, becouse it seems to look better than the xbox version.
So Can someone tell me: is it possible?

No, I don't think you can get the PC achievements on your 360-account. But the PC has 150 achievements on this site though.

DA:O isn't a Windows Live title, so there's no way. Bioware has their own achievements-system for DA (this site).
