I'd personally agree, but it does defeat the whole purpose of making your own decisions and shaping a world over the course of an entire series.ShrinkingFish wrote...

He's not, it's confirmed to be a bug; same for the Architect.
Leliana is the only one who they've explicity established a canon with.

She only dies if your Warden kills her over the Urn of Sacred Ashes. And if the Ashes could cure Arl Eamon, what's to say it couldn't cure Leliana. That one is easy to explain. (Although I never killer her. No matter how evil a character I was playing, that just felt SO wrong.)

My ending was quick. Being pro-mage, Varric said we hid in the mountains, but everyone went their separate ways, except Isabella. Who I slept with, but I ended up becoming more serious with Anders. And I let him live and forgave him. He even fought the templars with me. But I don't recall him being mentioned in the epilogue.
My hope is that Bioware will release Act 4 as DLC or expansion. I think it would be silly to wait for DA 3 to wrap up these little plot threads.
