The Mass Effect series is really good. The gameplay is completely different than Dragon Age, so it's not going to be like playing what you've already played in another setting.
I particularly like the Squadmates you are given in Mass Effect.
I think if you enjoyed your time spent playing the Dragon Age games, then you're going to enjoy Mass Effect.

Im a fan of bioware. I have both dragon age games and really enjoy them. I was consiedering getting mass effect but am not sure. Can anyone give me a summary of the games and a review. Thansk in advance:lol:
Mass Effect is on amazon right now for £5. Mass effect 2 is £10. It's ridiculous how cheap they are. Are these games worth £15? lol this question may be even an insult.

The real difference is that Mass Effect is sci-fi and dragon age is fantasy

There really isn't much difference between the two tbh (especially with the change in combat to the 2nd DA)

Yes. I haven't felt motivated to try DA yet because I wasn't keen on any of the trailers or the gameplay. Besides, for fantasy I prefer the elder scrolls titles.
Good sci-fi games are relatively few, between the numerous warfare and fantasy styles, and that is the main reason I play mass effect.

What is the game play like. Is it a shooter or like dragon age where u click where to go and attack. Also is it goo on xbox 360 cause i have both DA games on my laptop so i dont want to much on it.
From my experience with the Mass Effect series, they play more like a
third person shooter. In essence, the gameplay is closer to games, such
as Gears of War, than Knights of the Old Republic.
