Does anyone know where I might find the images used for the loading screens in DAII, on my Mac? (OSX 10.6.6 if that matters.) I really love some of the artwork seen on loading screens-- the most recent one to pop up for me was of Meredith, for instance, and I thought it was awesome-- and would love to set some of it as a desktop wallpaper occasionally.
I tried looking in the Dragon Age II folder-- which only showed the game app, not sure if more are hidden-- and in the BioWare folder in my Documents, but haven't found anything. Googling hasn't really helped me out either, so I thought I would ask here. Thanks!
Loading screen images?

At a guess, most if not all of the loading screens are BIK (bink) movies.
You would have to 'show package contents' on your Dragon Age II.app and navigate within it to the movies folder. Find the loading screen(s) bik files and play them on a player that supports bink video. Taking screenshots at frames you like.
NB: Very important to note... Editing files within the .app (even just changing modification dates for the files within) can (most likely will) mean you will have to re-authenticate the installed game with Electronic Arts once more.
So be careful in there, just copy out the files you need to your desktop before playing around with them.

Do it yourself by:
Right click Dragon Age II.app and "Show Package Contents".
Navigate to:
Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/data/movies/
Bik files in there are all loading screen movies
Contents/Resources/transgaming/c_drive/Program Files/Dragon Age 2/modules/campaign_base/data/movies/
Bik files in there are the prologue, years 1-3, major events & endings (for each class and choice)
You have to run the bik files through a media player that handles the format (google one) and grab the frames.
I took these manually, at real time speed so I didn't always get the precise frame I wanted. The movies are formatted at 16:9 aspect ratio, 1280 by 720 pixels in size. I grabbed them and saved them as 100% quality jpgs.
I started doing the campaign movies before I began to see stuff I hadn't seen in game, so I stopped. The zips below are both the same (mirrors). They contain a selection of loading screen grabs and a couple of non-spoiler grabs from the prologue & campaign movies.
Screens on MediaFire (32mb zip),
Screens on MegaUpload (32mb zip)
I might do more once I finish the game a couple of times. I enjoy the artwork too, thanks for the push to actually grab these for myself.

Thank you again; I'm downloading the pack you linked as we speak.
I actually had already managed to find a media player and grab some screenshots through it, but I just got a few; I appreciate the additional ones in there!
