 Referring to talking to shale and warden keep disappearing.

I went through the EA support and couldn't figure out a way to actually submit a ticket.  I saw an option to view my questions, but no option to actually add a new question.

I see this bioware website is setup for fans to help other fans, but that isn't going to do any good when we need a response from development.  Also, where do I go to see developement responses?

If anyone can provide some instructions on how I can submit a proper ticket to development on these problems I would appreciate it.

If not, I'll just write an E-mail and send it in and hope for the best.  Thanks.
