 I purchased a copy of Mass Effect 2 and my Ceberus Network code is invalid. Normally I wouldn't care but it's the only way to redeem the Blood Dragon armor. I hope I don't have to pay 15 dollars to download FREE content. Is there hope? Any way I can get another code or am I doomed?

Clarification (the obvious but I specialise in that): the Cerberus Network is free for new purchases.

If it is new then I think your only recourse is to contact EA about your situation. Links at the bottom of the page.

Similar problem, it seems this is a vast issue among some, i got a code but nothing even downloaded, or activated, and i cannot use it again =/

I see Praetor is assisting you in the other thread, so there's little I can add to their advice.

I would add that I see dlc not downloading after redeeming a code to be a different issue to an invalid code.

I purchased a new copy for $19.99. I might as well purchase another new copy of the game rather than spending $14.99 on the online pass. I guess contacting EA would help?

The best way to contact EA is through the Live Chat found through their Support page after you have logged into your EA account.

Tell them what happened to you with the new game, and they should be able to help you.

Better that than run the risk of getting another new copy with a code which isn't working that's for sure.
