My character didn't think it was a bad decision but she made Feynriel tranquil since he wanted to leave and ratted out the mage who had helped saving Bethany from the blood magic spell.

My Hawke was an accessory to murder. And she sent Sebastian off to gather his armies because her lover meant more to her than all of Kirkwall.

My Hawke doesn't do any bad things at all. He just does... well the usual. Harboring Apostates, openly practicing Blood Magic, summoning spiritsof the fade for all sorts of things, openly defying the Chantry... Sure, some people tend to disagree but that doesn't mean it's a bad thing to do, right? Now that I think of it... those that do tend to disagree often turn up dead somewhere.

Yeeeah.

Good times. Thanks, Anders, for forcing hands and all. But at that point, you've lost all the family you've ever known and you're losing at least your second home in your life, well, it's easy to see why someone might make that choice.

Blasted crazy mages.

Sleeping with Merrill and dumping her? Well, I suppose we've found the low of the low. I seriously wouldn't even be able to reload that; In fact, I don't think I'd even want to see her puppy eyes during that convo. My eyes would probably hemmorhage.

Oh, and when Feynriel had a knife to his throat, I whipped a dagger into the Slaver's windpipe. It was great being such a ****y b*****d about it afterwards, too. "He could have killed me! You risked him killing me! What if you had missed?!" "Ah, but I didn't, did I?". I saved right before that fight just so I could watch it from time to time for S's and G's.

First Hawke: I didn't shank Anders, because he was my boyfriend. That was pretty bad.
Second Hawke: I didn't shank Anders, because he was my BFF. That was pretty bad.
Third Hawke: Thus far, sending Feynriel to the Circle felt ickiest.

Killing all the Dalish (including Feynriel's mother). I felt a bit sick afterwards.

Gah, you kill his mother? That's greasy.

My Hawke doesn't commit. Although he did feel bit guilty afterwards, she didn't even put her clothes back on the way out.

That crazy love outburst she does with a really weird VA probably didn't help, though. Awkward.

Because It's nearly impossible to get through the game without doing something bad.

I killed all the Dalish but if I had known there was another option, I would not have done that. They were all just attacking us (was there another option?) The game pissed me off that I didn't feel given another option..I think the more moral (and rational) thing to do would have been to kill Merril rather than an entire village.. but who could have the heart to do that?

I killed Anders and hated it, but I felt it was necessary because he fueled the war and made it go more against the cause of the mages--what an idiot he was!

I turned Isabella over to the Qunari and didn't care--****! no morals at all to steal their most holy book--Like Anders, she fueled the war against our favor- I didn't even want a companion like that.but now I feel I lost out on her side-quest (and, of course, the ambrosia!)

I still feel bad about killing Anders though-- esp since at the end, the narrator says he "stayed close to me" as if he was still alive.. lol

This!  Even by accident often you can't help but do something bad or that feels wrong. I remember reloading quite a few times trying to prevent the slaughter of the dalishs. Or that time with Thrask where no matter what you end up pretty much killing everyone even if you want to scream :  But guys!! I am on your side!!!

For the Dalish, if you claim responsibility for "Merrill's actions" (even though it was the damned Keeper who left the clan to assume the worse), you can leave scot free. Although, if you return to the camp with Merrill in the group at a later date, they jump you. You'll get +15 rivalry if you try to take responsibility for Merrill, but only if you're not completely at friendship; Though, honestly, who isn't at 100% friendship by Act 3? She's only the least insultable character in the game.

When confronting Danarius, I was curious as to what would happen if I handed Fenris over...so I did.

The look on Fenris's face was awful. Especially since my Hawke romanced him. It was like being all nice to Tali in ME1 and ME2, giving her a hug during her personal quest, promising her that you wouldn't sell out her father...then doing so. I felt horrible, reloaded, and swore to never chose that option again. Not even for my bad Hawkes.

That's not the worst thing Hawke can do, but it's up there, in my opinion.

My first playthrough I did have to slaughter Merril's clan, and I felt terrible about it (no way was my LadyHawke taking the blame for that, though, seriously), but I feel worse about not stabbing the dude that started a global war. :D

And I'd do everything the same way for that Hawke. First playthrough is best playthrough, screw ups and all!

/raises hand

it's pretty easy when she takes offense whenever you point out she's acting dumb or refuse to do exactly what she wants. Heck, she even gets pissed off when you badmouth bloodmagic rather than her directly.

Yeah, she's easy to rival. Be all "demons are bad, sweetie" and "no I won't help you fix your murder mirror" and you're good to go.

Siding with then Demon in the fade and killing Feynriel. I Also felt guilty killing Anders in the end after he had saved my Sister from the taint.

I suppose I should have said "Though, honestly, who isn't at 100% friendship by act 3 (unless you've chosen rivalry, then you'd probably be 100% rivalry anyways)?" Just didn't seem an issue at the time. I know if you refuse to give her the crafting tool, it's all downhill (well, it's all red) from there.

The way Mirror Image plays out rival-style makes me feel like such an ass, no matter how nice I try to be about it. You go through all the trouble of helping her get it only to snatch it away when it's right in front of her face. Brutal.
