But.. I think he was 2 or 3 potions. It may change based on difficulty.

As i understand it he has infinite above half health? with some kind of CD i think. This is largely unsubstantiated.

i have also heard 3. soooo good luck finding out!

I've seen him use 3 at most, this was on hard difficulty playing as a mage and warrior.

He used 3 against my mage on nightmare. Had to kite him running in circles for 45 minutes. :/

I have 0 patience for the Arishok battle. This is the only one I can't complete on either hard, normal, or nightmare. As far as just how many potions I have seen him use, 7. My advice is turn him down to casual and get this stupid fight over with. Then turn it back up and enjoy the rest of your game.

After I got him down to a quarter health only to have him heal 3 or 4 times I turned down the difficulty to beat him. My rationalization was that I had beaten him at least one and half times.

He stopped at 3 when I decided to kite him around for awhile.So 3-4.

Funny thing: I fought in on normal twice. The first time he used two potions. And then killed me. But in my next battle with him, after the reload, he DIDN'T use any potions at all, so imagine that it's true that he stops using potions as soon as his health is below 50%... Which makes the whole fight a bit... odd, to say the least

He doesn't pot much when you kite him, or at least that was my experience with my rogue. I kept running around, stopped only so he could charge and I backstabbed and assassinated the moment he does. On my first try he kept potting when I tried fighting him face to face. Kiting seemed to do the trick, at least for me.

god that fight was a nightmare for my mage. hit and run and kiting I didn't notice when he used potions because I was too busy avoiding his one hit kill attacks and hoping my dog can hold aggro long enough for me to hit him.
