Cannot seem to use bombs on the PC version.  Double clicking or dragging to a hand doesn't seem to allow me to use a tar bomb.  Is there some attribute needed that I don't have?

bombs aren't equipable...they are consumables. Put them on your hot bar directly and use from there..
