The Asari Councilor is pretty hot. But other than that, I haven't really found any of them to be very attractive. And she is an idiot Councilor so that kinda cancels out any attraction I would have for her.

Asari Councelor is tops.
Then again, the whole race is a giant act of fanservice to begin, so there is no more point in detailing a list. All of them are sexy, but if I'd had to choose, the Councilor would it be.

your joking of course, right, anyway has anyone notice that in ME1 how Liara's figure was sort of boyish , now in the Shadow broker DLC , baby has a hourglass figure.

Seemed to me Liara's figure was the same as Shep's in ME1. I remember at one time we were both wearing the exact same light armor and with the helmets on looked identical.

Matriarch Aethyta, definitely. As Tasha and Mesina pointed out, her personality is extremely sexy. There's not that much variance in the looks department for asari. They're all hawt. Liara is pretty sweet, atleast in ME1.
