I have several bugs with my imports. Namely when dealing with Arvenus and people who died at the Vigil.

I choose to allow Arvenus to do as he pleases in regards to his research and yet the quest in Dragon Age 2 tells me he is limited by not having a free reign.

Similary it appears ( after using the console to check the plot situation ) the Silver Order was not founded, and that Nathaniel and Oghren died at the Vigil ( though this was not the case ).

Is there any way for me to fix this? I tried the console commands but they do work.
