Not because I was killed, the fight just keeps on going. The health meter is almost to zero and further damage doed not kill it. It just stands there letting my party and the templars hack away. I left the fight running while I had lunch and still no progress. My 2 hand warrior just can't kill it, but my Rouge did. It seems that the warrior ending has a bug.

I'm having this issue, too. I've contacted EA about it, and they just refer me to the forums, where no one seems to have found a fix for it. When I try contacting Bioware directly, they refer me to EA. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've played through so many different times, and I ALWAYS get stuck at the Gate Guardian. None of my characters (mage, rogue, or warrior) could kill it.
