Ok so I've noticed a couple of annoying bugs. Well, one isn't so annoying... it's occured several times now where I ressurect someone in a battle (using Ander's spell) and they wind up with basically infinite health. The first time I really noticed it was in the deep roads against the last boss. All my companions died except for Hawke (rogue). I couldn't kill the boss because he repeatedly smacks you, sending you flying away, but every single time Hawke's HP just magically refilled. It finally took a severe 1-2 punch from the boss to kill him basically instantly. This has happened later on as well with Aveline and I think another time after that...

So, the other bug is that Injury Kits don't always seem to work. It might be that my characters have 2 injuries I guess - but since you can't see what their status is that's not very helpful. Would be nice to see it in the character screen. Anyway, sometimes it takes multiple Injury Kits to heal them even when I'm pretty sure they only died once. Just recently at the end of Act 2, Merril, Anders, and Aveline all required 2 Injury Kits to return to full stats so you can imagine how annoying that is to use 6 kits (ie: all of them).

Technical Data:
-using Steam version of the game, V1.01
-using latest 11.4 AMD drivers and CAP4

Specs:
Intel i5 750 @3.9ghz
Asus P7P55D Pro mobo
8gb Patriot Viper II Sector 5 RAM (@1624mhz CL8 1.65V)
Crossfire Sapphire 5850s @ 870/1200
AuzenTech Bravura 7.1 sound card
EVGA GT 240 (for PhysX... usually remains idle)
Corsair 750TX PSU

Oh and the game has crashed for me many, many times. I used to have FRAPS running when playing and I think that may have been the issue because I just played for a couple hours straight without issues. The only difference this time was I didn't run FRAPS.

I've also been running into the auto-healing bug, after having Hawke cast the Revive spell.  It appears to be causing the revived characters to regenerate health/mana/stamina as fast as if they were out of combat (making them nearly invincible), and lasts for the remainder of the fight.

Edit: Just loaded up a save from the Deep Roads dragon fight and tried to recreate the bug by letting Varric and Anders die, and then cast Revive on them.  The bug was being triggered about 90% of the times I cast the spell, usually on only one of the two characters, but sometimes both.  The revived characters were also acting as if they were not in combat -- if I didn't manually tell them to do something they'd just walk over to Hawke and just stand there doing nothing (although they'd still have the auto-heal bug even when they were actually attacking).

System info:
Using Steam version of DA2, v1.01
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel i7-950 3.06 GHz
6GB DDR3/1333MHz RAM (2GBx3)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX-460
XtremeGear Gaming 800 Watts PSU

I have also experienced both of the same issues. After Anders revives anyone, they regenerate full mana/stamina and most of their health. Once they get attacked, they start regenerating health very quickly becoming invincible against all but the hardest of enemies. The character (Hawke and companions affected) also tend to just stand around once this happens as well.

@SuperWolf2842: The resurrection bug is know and I don't know a solution for it but I don't think your problem with injury kits is a bug. There are a few opponents, rogues, which can injury you and your party members with an attack. If you get that attack and then get killed you will have two injuries which would need two items to cure them which could be the case for you in the end of act 2.
