I bought Dragon Age Origins two weeks ago and inside came two codes. One was for the Mass Effect 2 Armor and the other for a downloadable character in Dragon Age. However i typed the codes and they say that they are invalid.
I have already asked help to EA on their site but they haven't responded(its been at least a week without response)
Could someone from Bioware help?

No official support on these boards I'm afraid; only fellow gamers.
As I understand it the back of the box should state the codes have an expiry date. That could explain the invalid message you get.
The other possibility is that the game is secondhand and the codes were already used.
I believe your only recourse if the game was bought new would be to continue asking EA for the codes; chase up support for an answer. It has been a week as you mentioned.
