Huge issue with cerberus network

I have got 2 codes so far, and none of them have worked, my issue is that whenever i use the code (on the xbox and on the website, I have tried both) it activates succesfully, I restart the console and it acts like it never even happened, and the code becomes invalid. my account is fully linked between EA, my xbox, and the bioware website, I am extremely frustrated and do not plan on getting another code, any help? :unsure:

Try this first, clearing you Xbox System Cache: http://support.xbox.com/en-us/pages/xbox-360/troubleshoot/hardware/clear-system-cache.aspx


I see you started a new thread, so I'll switch over here to try and help you.

Since everything is linked, the next thing you can try is to see if playing on your Brother's Console affected your Gamertag.

Something has to work to help you.


Edit: was doing some googling and thought I'd bring up clearing the system cache.

Have you had problems downloading anything else?

Like free trailers or demos?


Oh, and when you start up the game are you able to access Cerberus Network? The displayed computer on the right side of the screen should display scrolling text and it should be related to Arrival for the next few days?



The only other thing that I can think of is some issue with your internet connection.

I honestly have no clue what's going on, never had a problem downloading before, my connection is usually superb, and no, the cerberus network does not appear to be activated when the game starts, it wants me to activate it even though i have done it twice.

im going to try to reach EA and see if i can get the issue resolved, doubt it will do any good though.
