I seriously miss Wrex and Liara as squadmembers and Carnage ability.

Concussive shot isn't much useful either but at least I can hit something and is good against barriers and at knocking out unshielded enemies.

Carnage was pretty much useless in ME1 since I rarely hit with that thing.
Obviously if you can't hit with something then it's going to be appear useless, yes, but I don't recall finding it that difficult to aim. I mean, it wasn't much different to any dumbfired FPS rocket launcher.
In other words, many of us found it really useful, regardless of whether you could get it on target.

So yeah, useless.
Also there is Carnage in ME2, only hostile Krogans use it though.

^Carnage often goes through the target and there's no radius damage even that thing explodes.
So yeah, useless.
I have to admit, after 10 playthroughs of ME1, I've never once seen that happen. You sure you weren't just missing them? IIRC the only real bug with Carnage is that it interfered with Immunity on the 360 version (either the ability itself or the graphical effect on the player, can't remember which)

It would shut down your barrier/immunity. This made it a bit of a meh power as far as the two classes that had it without taking a shotgun bonus.

Radar was a resource hog and screwed up the framerate.

Galaxy exploration was a major downgrade from ME1.

Yeah there are so many amazing moments that give you a sense of wonder and awe.shnizzler93 wrote...
Mainly this sense of wonder. ME2 had plenty of this in its own sense, but there's just something about playing ME1 for the first time...
(Note this list contains spoliers for ME1)
Being on the Normandy the first time

Landing on Eden Prime

Arriving at the Citadel

Becoming a Specter

Rescuing Liara
Exploring Feros

Fighting Benizia (Just try to forget her voice acting!)
Exploring the galaxy

And thats just the tip of the iceberg!

the thing is your using fuel to drive around a little hologram of the normandy. your not actually flying the normandy at all. im not even sure i understand in what "zone" im only using fuel or why. they shoulda scrapped the fuel thing imediately.
