Damn Arrival made me happy when I was getting orders from Hackett and we'll be joining them agian in ME3!

I just started my Vanguard playthrough of ME2, just did the mission with the dead cerberus agent and the intel that could severely harm Cerberus.

You are damn right I sent that crap to the Alliance.

Shame it could take years to decrypt though.....Cerberus or the Alliance could have been destroyed by the Reapers by then....

I just remembered, there was a game of chance you could play in a casino (was it at the Citadel?). Some kind of card game, wasn't it? In fact, wasn't there a side quest where you could hack the gambling machines to provide data for a shady salarian? Don't think the consequences played out in ME2, so maybe we'll see in ME3.

Strange that in ME2, Omega--the be all and end all "wretched hive of scum and villainy" offered no such vices. Shepard had to satisfy his inner gambler on Tuchanka in Varren fights (now THERE was a lost opportunity for rpg customization) and on the engineering deck playing cards with Gabby and Kenneth...OFF camera!

Yeah I remeber that quest. What was his name...I think the Salarian was call Chorban or something....I hope that Shepard can do some more sneaky cheating in ME3....

Chorban's the keeper data guy... the gambling cheater is Schell.
I like both of their assignments. :3

This. And most of all -  big citadel, exploration and liara & wrex as squaddies. Oh, and power cooldown system. Hell, I miss whole ME. Playing ME gives you special sci-fi feeling, its just awesome. But ME2, as much as I love it, its like shoot & recruit, shoot & recruit.

Yes, nothing says Shepard can't channel a bit of his inner space rogue a la Han Solo, especially if one chooses a renegade disposition.  That body armor has GOT to have a place for some hidden aces.....

Yeah ME1's side quests seemed to have more personallity. I mean in ME2 its just, go get a fish for a Krogan. I mean
in WTF? Sure ME1 had some dull quests as well but I still felt like they had more personallity....

Yeah like landing on Feros for the first time. Seeing the destroyed Skyway, the Geth everywhere, the creepy music. It all tied together brilliantly...

Hey guys, Christina Norman confirmed earlier that ME3 will have thermal clips and will not be using ME1's overheating system
I think that might just be the first piece of ME3 information I don't like....

Well retconning it twice would have been dumb.

The damage is done, might as well be consistent.

Hey guys I just got my Mass effect 1 limited edition from the UK!'
So I'm just going to finish off the Orange Box and then I'll get onto ME1 and 2.

I think I'll choose a female, renegade, adept and I'll try to get some of the boring grind achievments like "Kill 75 with throw".
Apart from that and some of the side quests it should be fun!

Also I'll romance Garrus in the 2nd....never seen dat headbump before!

...I'm still at loss whenever people talk about how ME's ammo system is superior to ME2. Seriously, do you guys spam your shots in order to run out of ammo that fast? Besides for the sniper rifle, I always had enough ammo. ;P

Will everything be better if the writers offer a better explanation in the lore on the change?
