On my first character, I'd only had a couple specilizations unlocked (I beleive it was just Bard, Templar, Assassin, and Berserker). I switched over to playing Leiliana's Song, and after completing that campaign suddenly all specilizations but reaver and blood mage are unlocked. It's true for all new characters as well. Not terribly game breaking or anything (I just pretended they wern't until I got to the point that was suppose to unlock them) but it's a little annoying. I'm running on Windows 7 through Steam if that means anything.
