I saw a similar issue in the PC forum, but thought I'd mention it here since I'm on PS3 and experiencing it as well.

I had the full Spiral eye set for my mage, got the bonus, and played on.

As time went on, I replaced one piece and the set bonus disappeared as it should. All of my attributes were what they should be. As time further progressed and I replaced all the spiral eye pieces I had equipped, I noticed at one point that I had the icon for the Spiral eye set bonus and did not receive the bonus from it (similar to the Isabella and Sebastien bugs).

Here's where it gets tricky..... if I equip any armor piece that is part of a set (not just spiral eye), the spiral eye set bonus icon disappears, but I premanently lose 1 magic and 25 mana. If I take the piece off and requip it, I again lose those attributes permanently.

So, to recreate the problem, the following steps would likely be required:

-save with a full set equipped and the bouns applied
-reload and remove one piece of the set
-save and reload
-remove rest of set pieces, then save and reload again
-confirm that armor set bonus icon is displayed without any of the set armor being equiped and without actually applying the bonus to your attributes
-equip and unequip and armor piece that is part of a set and notice the permanent drop in attributes

Hopefully this gets fixed as it is pretty game-breaking and I am running without any set pieces since I permanently have the spiral eye bonus and don't want to permanently lose attribute points.

Does anyone else have this issue but also have a different complete set of armor to try on? I'm curious as to what happens to the bugged bonus when a complete set of different armor is equipped.

I'm currently in act 3 working on getting the champion set, but was wondering if anyone else could help.

Ok, now this is really wierd.....

After some time, I look at my abilities (I check them regularly to see what I have bugged) and the armor set bug is magically gone.

The only thing I had changed since last looking was one of my rings (i think), but that still doesn't make sense since I've tried everything in terms of equiping and de-equiping my equipment.

Unfortunately, the bug is "seemingly" gone, but I still permanently lost 1 mag and 25 mana.

It gets even wierder..... so I try to do Sebastien's act 3 companion quest.... I do everything I normally do to try and avoid getting his passive bug, but after the quest I find that not only do I have the passive bug, but the armor bug reappeared as well.

This is frustrating.......
