Well, my immediate response when seeing the monstrous spider was something along the lines of "GODDAMMIT! A spider couldn't get that large, it's exoskeleton wouldn't be able to support it's own weight and it's legs would snap like toothpicks!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously Bioware, learn more biology!!!"

There's a side quest you can do in Act II at the Bone Pit. And yep, it involved fighting another giant spider.

ANOTHER GIANT SPIDER?!?! Its bad enough with the Spiders before meeting all the dragons but a ... ugh.

When I encountered that awful thing the first time, I thought that the spider had just warped in really close to the camera. I was an awful shock when I zoomed back and realized what I was up against. D:

****ing things decending from the sky with their .. noise.. scares the void out of me. I HATE spiders. My hubby's been doing a DA:O mage run through using our TV as a second monitor so I can watch while being all snuggly under blankets..
and he hit the deep roads, and I started crying. Worst... Idea.. EVER.
