So I have seen many people posting about some issue with new game + where they cannot get the same bonuses as PC and Xbox. How do I do a new game + at all?

I played the game on PC, and decided I wanted to do my instanity playthough on PS3. I want to go back and get level 30 as well as do all the dlc and missions I didnt get to do here.

Theres no option to import character when clicking new game. Loading the last save created from my playthough just shows me the epilogue again. I tried doing a new game hoping the option would be after the genesis comic, but it made me create a new shepard and I did not retain my level.

Anyone wanna point me in the right direction? I am clearly missing something. 

BTW, I did not survive the sucide mission. It was a quick playthough to get insanity done. 

EDIT: I noticed when I create a new game I get 200k credits and 50k of the resources, but not my level. Is it not possible to retain my level?

Not surviving the suicide mission is probably the issue, since technically it is a failed or fancy game over. To play a new game plus you have to use a game save from post suicide mission in which the proper flag has been set, since you don't have a save post suicide mission, you will not get to play NG+ on this character without going back and making at least 2 people survive.

They better f***in fix the New game+ glitch with the Arrival DLC patch. This will tell whether they give a **** about us or not.
