I have a saved game from right before the Dead Roads Expedition, and I would really like to have a complete set for my dw rogue. (Decided to redo the expedition to not get Bethany killed).

I have tried going to Sundermount, where the gloves are supposed to be found, and I search in vain trying to find them.

Does anyone know if they can only be found right after the encounters with Flemeth? I can't find them right now...

Is there any way (mod) to get them back even now?

Sigh... And yet, they are there, on a small branch to the right just off the first room of the caverns.

They're in a pile of rubble in Sundermount Caverns if I recall correctly. A small side channel (one of the ones with the glowy ceiling) I think right after you enter the caves from the Dalish camp side (again if I recall correctly).

I got the gauntlets first, didn't see the "armor set" description, sold it. I will surely never do another playthrough as a rogue, wanna try the other classes, too. So, end of the story? Or is there a way to get the gauntlets via cheat code / console?

As a note on this one. If you bring aveline with you on this quest and get her to yell at the guy for info you get screwed and don't get the chestpiece. Found this out the hard way on my rogue playthrough

The easiest way is to download vaddin, then just type 'runscript vaddin descent' into the console, and pick the item you want from the results.

Is that what happened, I completely forgot where it dropped, thought I did everything and just didn'T understand why I never got it, makes sense... oh well got Champion's now
