Post your favorite "Do'h" moments!
Thus far mine has been spending half an hour dying to Ancient Rock Wraith before realizing the pillars block his AoE.
You noobed it up when...

That's because you don't play WoW.

Nope, I did, from beta up until WotLK when it got a little to lame. But clearly I'm waaaay out of practice... hence the Do'h

Then you didn't understand me. There are two bosses (Ozruk and Slabhide) in one of the new Cata dungeons that if combined together pose something very similar to what the Rock Wrath is like.

Aha, fair enough. But in general his abilities aren't all that uncommon in wow (minus the gravity pull), just mixed together in an odd way.

Most of my Do'h moments involve me neglecting the tank's HP, while keeping the squishies alive

I mistakenly put a tactic on my Hawke that activates aura of pain when health < 25% (was supposed to deactivate). It didn't end well.
I gave my (auto-evolving) staff of Parlathan to Bethany before going into the deep roads... Now it's just gone, and I knew it would happen...

He he--Had the grand prize noobarino yesterday. Was reading Arelex's great piece on Berserker Vanguard and I came to the bit where he said he would just assume everyone was using Blood Dragon Armor in Act 1. Now I thought "Why would he assume that?" Did some web research found my old DAO box and sure enough on the back side of the sheet with code for Shale was the code for the armor. About a dozen each playthroughs of DAO and ME2 and somehow it had never registered. Only played a warrior type a few times, but still. Guess I need to pay more attention to the papers in the box.

I mistakenly put up a tactic to let Anders drink a Lyrium Potion when his mana is ABOVE 10%. He emptied my stock of Lyrium Potions in a long fight without me realizing how or why until it is finished. Only time I had to reload because the fight was going TOO WELL.

I ran around caves trying to pick a fight with giant spiders just to get a good screenshot to use on this, and spent so much time trying to set up the angle (with UI hidden) that I didn't notice half my party was dead and the rest on low health
it did not end well
Atleast you got the screenshot.

thinking that dexterity (not cunning) opens chest and missing out on half the chests in the game
