I don't know why I have never seen one of these before, and I admit, there may simply be one I missed. I feel that it needs to be done, however. To me, the Combat drone is as much a character as any squad mate. Better, even. Anyone who has seen my LP of Mass effect 2 knows how tight I was with my combat drone Jack. He was always there for me. Even when my other teammates were down, he would always come to my call. Whether it was distracting Krogan so I could run away, shocking Mercs in the taint, or causing heavies to commit suicide, my combat drone was the most reliable companion on the battle field! :D

In all seriousness, I hope that Mass Effect 3 does more with the combat drone. I don't mean they need to have personalities like EDI (how cool would that be??) but I hope you have more upgrade options, and have the ability to give them simple orders like you can teammates. Am I the only one that feels this? Where are my engineer brothers and sisters?:wizard:

But in all seriousness, I love my Combat Drones. They are more deadly than the Widow I dare say. My Engineer has always been one of my most efficient character to blast through the game, only slightly topped by the Soldier, but seeing how this class gets a godmode-ability (AR) that really does say something. Needlessly to say I am german and love efficiency. And engineers for that matter.

But we really need an Engineer/Combat drone club with banner and all! Somebody good at making these?

Unfortunately, I don't know this forums signature banner size reglemetations, nor do I have pictures of appropriately little size to boot.
As for the text, until we have those, I may fantazise on better sentences than what I got ad hoc now.

I've been looking at a few and have a general idea. :) In terms of a picture, any size one works. I can shrink it. I just can't think of a catch sentence to put on it. :P

Combat drones having battle calls and sounds would be amazing. Especially if it was in a robotic voice.
"RAAARRGGGHHH" And
"TEAR THEM APART."
Would be particularly effective I think.
