Having become champion of kirkwall, i find Isabela doesn't respond to the quest Isabela's Regret when i visit the Hanged Man. Before the fight with the Qunari at the end of the previous chapter, i neglected to deal with her previous quest, Questioning Beliefs, and that quest still shows up in the list. She doesn't respond at all, and isn't available to join the party. I take it this is a bug?

She can't do the quest because the quest requires that the Qunari are in kirkwall.

The only time the quest shows up is after she grabs the sacred book and runs. After which she's not to be found for the rest of the chapter where the quest says to look for her, in the Hanged Man. Even though she shows up a bit later, at the end of the chapter, with the book. and then in the next chapter there she is again, with both quests in the journal, and she doesn't respond. An error in game design, i guess?
