anyone else try skipping some of the quests to see how it affects the story in later years?

I'm skipping some quests cos i really can't be bothered

thus far skipped aveline's companion quest so she does not meet her husband yet. skipped the 1st sacrifice quest so the victims were never found. the viscount son was rescued by the mercernaries and the viscount did not know who was. oh ya and the corrupt gaurd captian retired with a fortune since his scam was never caught,etc.
