I am at Act III, Merrill has moved in.... i regretted my romance choice. I hate Merrill and i want Isabela instead, is there a mod for this or anything instead of starting all over again?

None that I have seen on Nexus (and i've been haunting that site for all kinds of DA2 goodies). Perhaps someone will figure a way to redo the codes for the romances without a toolset but so far, all i've seen is stuff for spells, retextures, hairstyles and new NPC morphs.
Unless someone else knows, you will have to restart. And for what it's worth, IMO the Isabella romance is the best I've played through so far, though I haven't done them all.

That's very sad...i lose all the motivation to continue the game ...sigh....i had that syndrome once ...( bethany my love was taken to the circle)
