Ok this royally sucks so far the only specialization for rogue I can get is off vendor in party camp for ranger...

I'm 13 and have had a specialization point for 6 levels now but i'm a dual weild rogue so ranger tome is a waste to buy for my character

For dual weild rogue who doesn't stealth much and rarely uses poisons what specializations would be best? And can I get them anytime soon? Having had this point not used for 6 levels is really pissing me off.

Assassin: talk to Zevran

Duelist: talk to Isabella (The Pearl in Denerim)

Bard is also an option, especially if you've focused on cunning, and can be obtained with sufficiently high regard from Leliana.
