 So im playing DA2 on my 360, Second playthrough trying to get the Unstoppable Achievement but sometimes when a fight ends i suddenly get an Injury i dont remember anyone dying but i dont mind unless the game thinks that someone dies and it prevents me from getting the Achievement.

You can get injuries from traps, this shouldn't stop the achievement from unlocking, I got the achievement in an act where I received injuries from traps
