That was just amazing. I love the languid pace. It makes for a nice slow build of emotion.

Also, I read ACC3SS's comment having only watched the youtube version (which is 10 min long) and thought that was a pretty crappy thing to say. Then I watched the vimeo version, and I agree. Every thing after the 10 minute mark is gold...dipped in chocolate.

I don't know if I could recommend anything that'd be worth your time or even come close to utilizing your skills. Obviously more femShep goodness would be lovely, but as for a story to tell, I'm lost.

I would personally recommend a short video (around 05:00) summing up ME1 and ME2 and DLC.

It's fine if you use FemShep, but I would suggest using Sheploo, since it has a default feeling to it.

(Don't jump on me, I said that Sheploo is default, not MaleShep :happy:)

HHmm... jeez... GoodWood, I'm having a hard time trying to think what cinematic moments (in both games) would support the lyrics in the song since, if something on that route were to materialize, the lyrics would be the driving factor there.

Not that I don't like Liara, I just think that she's featured in enough fan-made videos and some portions of her fan-base are bad.

I'd bookmarked this to watch at a later date - wish I hadn't waited so long! That was superb. The music, sound effects and editing all combined to create a hauntingly beautiful vid. That's quite a talent you've got there and I think you should keep creating these wonderful vids as you see fit. I think no matter the characters involved it still would have been excellent.

Thanks again for the feedback. Well everyone's entitled to their opinion (but not to facts ) so yeah I'm fine with all the opinions I can get. I think they help keep things in perspective.

Of course, so as long as they don't read something like "d00d srsly ur vid suxx0redz baeig tmee... u shld k1ll yrself haha".

Fortunately, that has still not been the case. I get the impression that the ME Bioware community holds decent standards hehe .

Overall, I think I can still roll the camera a few more times. Let's see what comes out next .

I think that the video was basically completely awesome. I liked all of the music, I think that it had a very good feel. I took your advice and turned off all the lights and listened with headphones.

I think that the music is what I want to hear when I'm dying.

Also, I don't see why making _another_ Liara tribute video is such a bad thing. I mean, is there like some kind of quota for specific characters? Saying 'oh, we need to do less Liara stuff' isn't going to guarantee we get more fanwork for other characters.

Honestly, anyone can take a Two Steps from Hell track and slap some clips together to the tune of the music (granted, some are much, much better at this than others) but what you've done hear is original. Sure, the limitations of the games' animations are put in cringe-worthy focus by the slo-mo at some points, but you also pulled off some really impressive imagery.
