If you own both games, you're fine. It gets janky when you try to release assets from one game as a mod for the other. At that point, you're basically giving away for free assets that BioWare created.


Not necessarily true. Purchasing a game does not give the game only absolute ownership over the content, but rather a license to use the content under certain prescribed terms. A game developer's indulgence in not pursuing its rights should not be inferred to be tacit consent.

While everything you've said is true, there's no way for anyone to know if you're cross-porting resources. So, you're fine :police:
