Off the top of my head, one of the interactions in the Hawke estate between the Mabari hound & Varric. I laughed when it looked like Varric had been teaching the dog how to gamble, and it seems he's a better gambler than Anders.

Everybody notices one thing or another about DA2 while playing, and some of us find something amusing about it. So tell us moments in the game where you find funny.

Now that's a smart dog!!!

Aveline: (paraphrase) "Merill you're so kind and loving....."
Merill: "Thank you"
Aveline: "But you're stupid"
Merill: "Excuse me, what?"

Nothing outside of Aveliene's quest to woo donnic.

I don't know - I find the metacritic score to be rather amusing, given Laidlaw's recent interviews...

I laughed for a nanosecond when Dragon Age 2 ended, then quietly wept for about an hour...

I laughed when I thought there was a thread on this forum actually about discussing the game rather than bashing or defending it.

Aveline: He's convinced that all the random murders over the past few years are somehow connected. Could you get him to quiet down?
Hawke: Muzzle the geezer! Got it.
Grace: Why did you kill Decimus?! (or something like that)
Hawke: I don't think he brought those skeletons to life to serve me tea.

Aveline's fail romance
Merrill's "I love you"
Like all of Isabela's dialogue "Apostitutes!"
Carver's letter from Lothering
Merrill's "Did I miss something dirty?"
Just some contenders.

How Varic response to "closing doors" at the Primeval Thiag(can`t post spoiler).
*
Desire Demon tempts Isabela with promise of being Queen of Sea.
Hawke: "Shall i hand you a dagger so you can stab it in my back?"
Isabela:"I love big boats, i cannot lie"
When Varic discuss daggers and Isabela something 'else'.
Overall best and funniest comments were between Isabela and Varic (best characters in game as well). Also funny responses to Flemeth are very nice -
Flemeth :"Only if you fall , will you find out if you can fly"
Hawke: "Cheap advice, coming from a Dragon"
Some good from Hawke at estate, that i remember -
"Better keep Isabela books at the top shelf, don`t want to scare Sandal"
*reads letter at the desk*"Ill took some of your garments, Isabela" - "Again!? How dose she even fits into them?"

Varric's solo assault on ________'s estate and the subsequent begging which turned out to be just him exaggerating the story.
This thread should probably not be in the spoiler-free forum...

Remember that part when Hawke glitched into a wall and you had to start the quest over? Very funny.
Oh, and that part where the ending cutscene played before the quest even started, thus spoiling the whole thing? Hilarious.

Anything Isabella says, or any adorable Merrill-ism.
Much of the party banter, and many of sarcastic Hawke's lines are hilarious.

Well, the party banter was good, but I think it suffered because you couldn't get to know your companions as well as you could in Origins. I found Origins party to be far more living and breathing than the DA2 party.

Anytime Varic fires his submachine bow, especially when he uses his WoW Volley shot, which doesn't fit the DA setting at all. I can just imagine Varic loading a hundred bolts at relativistic speeds into his goofy little crossbow. Of course moving that quickly would likely ignite the atmosphere around him and take out all of Kirkwall to accomplish the task in the time he achieve his WoW Volley shot.
The combat animations also made me laugh a bit, moreso to avoid crying.

Merrill: Aveline... do you think we'll win?
Aveline: Win what?
Merrill: In the end. It feels like something is ending, doesn't it? Do you think we'll win?
Aveline: Nothing is ending, Merrill. Things are a little tense, but it will pass.
Merrill: I hope we win. Varric will make it a good story, I'm sure.

When this gets moved I shall contribute, otherwise, mines a bit of a spolier really - though I guess the people talking about speed griffons in the inn isn't really a spoiler, and made me chuckle.
