The funniest thing about DA:2 was I thought it was going to be a great game like DA:O, Then after 10 minutes of playing it I started to cry cause it was rubbish and taking up space on my HDD that I need for better games.

Aveline and Donnic was brilliant too!

Btw - could the haters go somewhere else to complain about the storyline and gameplay? This might actually be a fun thread for a change if you could take that someplace else...

the hate'd be funny if I hadn't read it a hundred times before across the forums!

On topic though - I loved that the female LIs (and occasionally Fenris) had a great sense of humour. It made Isabella and Merrill so much more likeable (actually the two of them talking was particularly hysterical - one day Merrill might work out what "alone time" means!)

Ha, remember that time in Merrill's final act mission where you can say the Keeper's fine...and the Keeper shanks Merrill and then there's nothing wrong with Merrill despite the fact that she was shanked in the gut?

What? It was hilarious how a gut wound didn't kill her but kills tons of other characters throughout the series. Including Anders when he gets a back shank.

Party banter was always funny, especially with Isabela and Varric, along with a serious companion like Fenris or Aveline.

Edit: And funniest game related conversation my fiance and I just had.

Fiance: "It's got three legs."
Me: "They're handles."
Fiance: "And he needs three?"
Me: "Go fig."
Fiance: "Ugly scabbard."
Me: "Uh, that's the blade. See... (rotates camera)... that's the back of the blade and that's the edge."
Fiance: "WoW? Or woodsplitter?"
Me: "DLC. It's actually a really cool sword, graphics aside."
