Has anyone come across any of the gear that the city guard uses in Kirkwall in the game?

I have only found the chest piece similar to the city guard armor but wondered if the helm was available in some quest or store.

Also the square shield with the Kirkwall crest on it and sword that they often carry also would be good if its indeed available??

(Of course I do mean without modding these items to get them!!)

Any help would be appreciated/
