Redeemed Cerberus Net for PC, not sharing to Xbox 360

As the title says, I redeemed my Cerberus Network code back when ME2 came out.  If it makes any difference, I purchased the PC collector's edition and redeemed the code via the BioWare Social "Redeem Promo Code" link.

I've also played the game several times on the Xbox 360 (my girlfriend's copy, so she used her promo code on her own gamertag, naturally) and it's always bothered me that the only promo content that does not share between PC and Xbox 360 is Cerberus Network.  I looked into it and found that this .pdf in this forum post states that "Your promotional code included an unlock for both PC and Xbox 360 platforms."

I followed the instructions to activate Cerberus Network on the 360 and all it says is that my promo code is already in use.

As far as I know, my Xbox Live GT / EA ID / BioWare Social account are all synced up.  I've had no problems with either Dragon Age game syncing improperly.

Any help here would be appreciated, as I'm looking to play through the Mass Effect series at least once more before ME3 "arrives."

So you have a separate console than your girlfriend's that you are playing on?

If the DLC was originally acquired on the console you are playing on, then other Gamertags should have access to it. I can try to confirm that on my own system later to day to be 100% sure.

As for the Cerberus Code itself, you might have to contact EA directly, but I assume that the Cerberus Network code works either or in that regard.

With Promotional DLC crossing the systems, at least when I check my own DLC here on this site, it shows me the five Cerberus Network DLC for my Xbox only.

We do have our own separate 360s, yes.

My Cerb code was activated via this BWSocial site and originally downloaded to PC.  Her Cerb code was redeemed through the in-game prompt on her Xbox.  So now I'm trying to figure out how to get Cerb Net onto my Xbox.

I was content with only having it for PC up until I found that .pdf (above) that said Cerb Net should be redeemed on both PC and 360 when all linked up.

I'm going to try using my gamertag on her Xbox, or perhaps copying Cerb Net from her Xbox onto mine (if possible).  Don't really expect either to work, though, so I'll probably end up contacting EA tech support.

Thanks :)

Ok, so what seemed to have happened was that your girlfriend's Cerberus Network is connected to her Gamertag and her console.

It seems to be a security feature for Xbox DLC content, which is why you can access it on her console and not your console.

As for using her Cerberus Network on your console, I think only her Gamertag would be able to access it on your console, if she were to add her profile on your console and download that DLC.

Try the EA Live Chat found through their Support section. You will need to login to your EA Account to begin the Chat to see if your code can be activated for use on your console.

I honestly didn't know that the codes could be used like that, so I hope it's not a typo in the pdf.

Good luck.

UPDATE (a year late, I know, but with ME3 coming up I figured others would be interested):

Less than 10 minutes with EA Live Chat resolved this issue. I explained that Cerberus was unlocked on my PC, but not Xbox, even though I use the same email address for both. The agent asked for that email address and then gave me a fresh code to use for Xbox Cerberus Network access.

Hope this helps others in gearing up for Mass Effect 3!
