I had a post in the old forums on how to do this, but I can't find it now. Anyway, here is how to add the ability to dual-wield longswords as an Arcane warrior:

-Open the Toolset
-Open a save you can edit
(Location for vista:documents/bioware/dargon age/characters)
-Go Here:
SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR/SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR/SAVEGAME_CREATURE_STATS/SAVEGAME_TALENTLIST
-Now, expand the talentlist, there should be nothing there yet.
-Right click on the heading TALENTLIST
-Insert=>UINT32
-Now you should be able to expand and look at the value you added.
-Change this value to: 3036 for DW_Mastery, 5 for DW_Expert, 8 for DW_Finesse, and 6 for DW_Training.
-You do NOT need to add all the previous talents to only add DW_Mastery. However you can if you'd like to have even more combat power.  To create more than one talent follow the same instructions as for creating the first.

I don't think it's too overpowered, I've been playing with my DW combat mage for awhile with two longswords. I use a staff most of the time so it's hard for me to tell the difference this single talent makes. I'm using Starfang and the Mana-regen AW sword in the other, quite a good combo, but I like the staff for quick spell casting.
