So basically I  would be very disappointed  if BW didn't allow us to finally deal with TIM  or Council.
I'd like to see a grand mission where you fly over to TIM's base and let him smoke his last cigarette B)

But even more I'd like to have Normandy assault  Ascenscion . In the process you would have to fight some tough Spectres and probably confront Anderson/Udina/Hackett  It woud be epic indeed. Seeing Turian  counselor's face before getting a headshot.... priceless.

I hope somewhere  in ME3 you will have an option to align with Cerberus/Council which will result in a mission to take down the other side.

I don't want to kill either one of them. I don't see why we should/need to attack Cerberus. And why would we ever need to attack the alliance or the council?

I hope they let you pick which side you are on at the very beginning.

Perhaps Shepard has to stand trial for siding with Cerberus?

The little things you do in ME2 might play a role in this too; for example, like whether you sent the data in the N7: Lost Operative mission to the Alliance or to Ceberus.
