so i just got down with merril and afterwards she was in a new white/silver colored armor. i have played through before where i got busy with the pirate wench but her armor stayed the same. any other companions armour change if you bed them? and it literally changed after i slept with her.

Isabela gets minor new details when she is a love interest, her leather spaulder turns to metal, and some other smaller things. I haven't romanced anyone but Merrill and Isabela so I don't know about Fenris or Anders.

Fenris wears a scarf on his wrist. Don't think Anders has a romance change as his outfit changes due to his personal quest, but haven't tested it myself.

Isabela's alternate armor is bugged. You need to use the respec potion (Maker's Sigh) on her to get it.
