When I played DAO I chose the path at the end where my character becomes king and liliana stays at my side. A couple days later i got the red ring of death on my Xbox and just went ahead and purchased a ps3. I beat DA2 but what I was wondering was if you chose the path that I did, does it mention it in the game because i was thinking about going ahead and finishing DAO on my ps3 and uploading that same choice to DA2, and i have been hearing some stuff that liliana is going to have a big role in the up coming games.

It's many years later. No matter the path you choose with her. Doesn't even appear to matter if you hardened Leliana or not. She ends up working as the left hand of the Divine regardless.

It's true, She joins regardless. However if you gain a romance with her in DA:O during her quest in the Viscount's Keep if you asked 'Leliana?' she will reply how the Warden is close to her heart... Course that's the only time she asks.
