And the thing is, I know my card works NWN2, because I was playing it last night, tried this afternoon & this popped up... so I tried reinstalling all the drivers & such, now, everything is installed & it still acts like there is no graphics card in it

Does this mean my card is crapping out

it is a P.o.S. radeon hd 3650 if need be known

 You may need to upgrade DirectX 9.0c (Redist) see this topic regarding video cards (particularly at the bottom of the post).
