Nah, they just need to use Jennifer Hale's (her voice actress) face, albeit make her a tad younger as Shep is what, in her mid 30's (and with future, slow aging too)? and Hale, although still hot, is older than that.

I've never used the default face for Femshep, just doesn't seem right IMO. I've seen dozens of Femsheps which actually look BETTER that the default. Why bioware didn't scan somebodys face (like with Maleshep) is beyond me.

It would be rather pointless because I think most of us use a custom FemShep anyway. I wouldn't even use a default at this stage. I don't find the options ugly either but, perhaps, that's because of her shining personality and voice. >.>

As for the hair... yes. BioWare needs to take a few lessons from Squeenix on designing hair. Ahem. Just as well I'm not so shallow as to let that effect my enjoyment of the game. :P

Actually, I believe she's 31 at present. She was 29 in ME1.

Heh is it just me or does she look like a young Dr. Chakwas?

And I agree with what others here have said: with a little time and effort, the custom faces (both male and female) can look much better than the default VanderShep (and animate better too; see the wonky reaction VanderShep has to Tali unmasked).

Beside I got my Shepard faces already anyway ... and personally I didn't find the DA2 female default face that much better anyway.

Same. Was it just me or did the DA2 faces all seem to have a rather large lower jaw? I had to customise my Lady Hawke quite a bit but it didn't seem to matter how much I played with it, she always seemed to resemble the default.

Actually, 1 year has passed since Shepard's resurrection. By the time of Arrival, Shepard is 32.

Ah, yes, that's a good point. Was it a whole year that's passed? I knew it was a few months but I wasn't clear on the exact time. Is it ever actually mentioned?

That´s an horrible understatement. The default LadyHawke is so f*ck-ugly I actually played as male Hawke because of it, though I absolutely prefer playing a woman......

Default FemShep was sooo much better than Hawke.

No, it's up to us to figure it out. By the time that the Reapers get here it'll be 2 years and 4 since we defeated Sovereign. The time line of the games is the same for the story.

No, and no! D: The fact that FemShep isn't sexualised is one of the reasons why I like her as a PC so much.

If you want to stare at female bodies, that's what Miranda and Samara are for. >.> Besides, can you imagine how painful it would be crushing a big bust inside one of those armoured suits? ...I guess you can't. :P
