I can never manage to get it. The guide says it's on Jeven, but in all of my playthroughs he only drops Cornerstone. Is this bugged for everyone or just me?

it should be acquired in the companion quest Favor and Fault in the 3rd chapter

Yes, I know that, as I said, it's supposed to be on Jeven (who you kill at the end of that quest) but it never is in my games.

I've seen this listed in the tech support forums- it's bugged for a lot of people, not just you.
