I assume this is the place to ask this question since the game ui doesn't support what I want.
Essentially I am curious if there is a way to clear all the sustainable buffs of party members when combat ends. I run all of my party with tactic slots like- Self, Mana/stam<75%, activate modex. But I want them to use that mana with heavy bursts right at the start of combat then switch into a sustainable mode. Every combat encounter I waste time at the end removing all of the buffs so they get back to 100% mana/stam before the next encounter.
I can't use -self, mana/stam 100%, deactivate modex- because once combat ends the tactics turn off. Is there any state or mod that adds -out of combat- as a tactics condition?
Thanks

Edit: Hmm, nevermind, I forgot that tactics don't run when you are out of combat (right?).
I'll think about making a mod that does this.
I could give your hero a new ability that deactivates all sustainables for the party. Would that be a good solution? Making it happen automatically seems like it would be going too far.

Yeah if tactics worked for me out of combat, I could just add a remove state condition.
Any possibilities would be most helpful. If it was a single button push on my main character, that would be far better than having to select every party member and remove all their buffs.
Since you stay in combat for a few seconds after all of the enemies are dead. Even a condition that says- 0 enemies left alive- would work. There is an at -least x enemies alive- condition already. Maybe it would be an easy parameter change?
Anyway thank you for taking time to think about it. I wish I was able to find a solution without bothering other players.

well i might at least give you an idea to an other solution. Tested a little around this topic and i was able to make a simple script that would remove the auras for you. However i have not found a suitable way to execute it.
So unless you can find a easy way of triggering it after you leave combat or want to type "runscript" all the time I'm not much help

It could easily be run after combat just by listening for the game mode change event, and GM_EXPLORE as the new mode. But then it could not be disabled. After looking a little into tactics, and deciding I don't really want to mess around with them, I think the activated ability I mentioned before is the best solution.

Anything would be preferable to taking 45 secs of clicking off buffs every battle.

It seems to consistently not work with certain rogue/warrior abilities. Specifically for me speed and might. I think the character is entering combat at some point while deactivating the abilities and so tactics are allowed to kick in and reactivate them. Anyway, give it a try, I think it does what you need.

Thank you. Let me try and play with it and I will tell you if it works for me.
