So I decided to buy an N7 hoodie from the Bioware store. The transaction wenst smoothly for the most part and(as always) I used my Paypal account(linked to my Credit Card)  to pay for the order. This was on Wednesday and it's now Monday(where I'm at) and still no sign of the transaction being completed. In the Order status it says "Pending Fullfilment" and in Paypal it says "In Progress". Usually I don't have to wait this long, since online payments via Paypal Credit Cards are instant. I just want to know if this is normal for the Store? And if so, how long should I expect to wait before it's complete and the order is shipped?

Pending fulfilment means order recieved, paid for and awaiting shipment, usually. Though Paypal should show completed if they withdrew the funds. The store is different in that when you order it reserves the funds but doesn't actually withdraw them until they prepare your order to ship. When it ships you will recieve an email and the status in your store account will be changed to closed.

I'd give it another day, the store generally takes 2-3 business days in my experience. You could always contact support if nothing changes.

After contacting Treehousebrand stores last week, I was told that the full zip hoodie would ship either on friday or monday at the latest. It's now almost 8 PM here, Monday, and my order still says pending fulfillment on the Bioware store site. Should I be concerned?

I had the same problem with my order of the hoodie, except I payed with my credit card and that had 'accept' next to it which I'm assuming means it went through okay, since the cash has been reserved in my bank account.

I'm guessing that means, since I ordered on Friday, I'll be getting a dispatch note at some point today to say its been shipped?

I ordered my hoodie almost a month ago, only to have the shipping company receive an empty package. Had the store re-ship it again and this time, it seems the entire package is missing. This is terrible.
