I played through to the part when you rescue Isabela in Castillon's Lodging. I did not get a cutscene and am unable to leave the place or open the door, or talk to Isabela. I foolishely saved before I noticed something is wrong. Is there anything I can do, or is there no way to get out of this situation?

Did you explore every inch of the place? Sometimes an enemy that needs to be killed to trigger a cutscene won't appear properly.
