Nope you do not however they will have the same rings, amulet, and belt from before. The weapon will be different.

...the only thing you could even keep would be jewelry which would all be low level Act 1 garbage and weapon/staff. There's no companion armor.
I wouldn't want that stuff anyway. If you give them a good weapon, just remember to take it off before starting the Deep Roads Expedition.
