I'd like to confirm that the release date for the PS3 (Both regular and C.E.?) is still at Nov.16th (Or was it the 17th?) I only ask because the FAQ on Biowares site says PS3 is Nov 3rd again (or they didn't update it), and suddenly Gamestop is saying its Nov 2nd (Which would be wrong either way I'm sure.) so all in all I'm just a little confused.

Just slap a date on here or point me to a solid source so I know whats going on please.

They've only changed it once. Retailers guessed on the PS3 ship-date before BioWare told them it was the 17th, and about a week ago BW changed it to the 3rd.

Didn't it go from being OFFICIALLY OCt - 20th, to the 17th? That would be the first time, and now its the 3rd? MAking it the second time? Sorry if I'm wrong, and if I am, I must have got some news threads crossed.....haha.
